著者らは先に光学位相差測定装置を用いてウサギ,ネコ,サルなどの水晶体屈折率分布を測定し,平均的光学模型を設定して,光線追跡を行ない,その球面微収差を計算した。今回はヒト水晶体屈折率分布に関する二,三の測定結果を得,球面微収差に関する理論的計算結果を発表する。
測定方法使用せる試料は角膜移殖後の水晶体4個(18歳男子2眼,61歳男子2眼)眼球内容除去後の水晶体(30歳女子1眼)である。動物眼におけるごとく全眼球についての切片作製,剔出前の調節筋毒の点眼は不可能であつた。測定装置およびその他の測定方法は従来発表せるものとまつたく同様であつた。
The index distribution in the crystalline lens five human eyes were measured by the same method as that reported by authors. The cry-stalline lenses were extracted after trepanation of cornea for keratoplasty (both eyes of eigh-teen-year-old male and both eyes of sixty-one-year-old male) or after exenteratio bulbi (thirty-year-old female).
The index distribution of human crystalline lens were similar to that of monkey crystalline lens and differed from that of cat. The optical model function, represented by elliptic paraboloid. as that reported previously by the present au-thors could be used only as the first approxima-tion.
