Purpose:To report two cases of melanocytoma of ciliary body associated with glaucoma. Cases and Findings:Two males, aged 32 and 43 years respectively, presented with unilateral blurring of vision secondary to glaucoma. Numerous pigment granules were present in the aqueous humor, chamber angle, and vitreous body. Ultrasound biomicroscopy showed a tumor located in the ciliary body in both cases. Surgically excised tumors were diagnosed with melanocytoma by histopathological studies. The intraocular pressure(IOP)increased again after surgery. Control of IOP was obtained by filtering surgery in both cases. Conclusion:Widespread pigment dispersion may result from intraocular melanocytoma.
