眼球保存液に関する生化学的研究—第9報正常および保存角膜中多糖類の分離，同定，組織化学について

Biochemical Studies on the Preservation Medium for Donor Eye.:Report 9:Chemical Isolation and Identification of the Stored Monkey Corneal Polysaccharides with a Polysaccharides Staining.

I．緒言

　前報において角膜の膨潤阻止，保存液に対する膠質緩衡能の付加，膠質滲透圧の保持を目的として高分子電解質を選択した根拠につき論述した。

　角膜多糖類は，創傷治癒に関してコラーゲン再生と密接な関係にあるので，保存中，保存角膜に含まれる多糖類の消長は，保存液中の酸性ムコ多糖類にも関係して興味ある問題である。

Mucopolysaccharides as chondroitin sulphate and keratan sulphate were extracted following a complete deproteinisation. Stored cornea con-tains almost equal amount of mucopolysaccha-rides compared to normal fresh state. The po-lysaccharides of the corneal stroma were isola-ted and fractionated on cellulose-alcohol fractio-nation and ECTEOLA cellulose column chro-matography. The polysaccharides were analy-sed chemically and their structures were con-firmed through infrared spectrophotometry.They were found to be keratansulphate and chondroitin 4-sulphate.
