眼球保存液に関する生化学的研究—第6報毛様体新生房水，後房水，前房水中Na,K,Ca,Mg,Clの分析及び超濾過液との比較

Biochemical studies on the preservative medium for donor eye. Report 6 :Electrolyte concentrations in newly formed ciliary body fluid, posterior chamber fluid, and anterior chamber fluid compared with plasma ultrafiltrate

I．まえがき

　前報に於いて髄液中，特に関係が眼球に対して密である側脳室内choroid Plexus fluidの分析を行なつて，根源部を離れて後の流路中に於ける電解質組成変化，更に生成根源部に於ける移送機構，選択性を検討した。

　併せて各種髄液と超濾過後との比較から，髄液が血漿，血漿超濾過液の濃度に敏感であり，後者に依存している可能性がありながら，尚個々の電解質について独自のHomeostatic mechanismに支配されている事を知つた^1）。眼球保存の為の液体環境として特に角膜を考える場合，角膜内皮房水柵の透過性を考えなくてはならない。その為には後房より前房へ移行する房水中電解質の動きを局所的分離分析より把握することは重要である。

Determination of ionic concentration of Cl, Na, Ca and Mg was undertaken in 8 cats in the plasma ultrafiltrate, cilliary body fluid, anterior and posterior chamber fluids obtained by tapping.

Ciliary body fluid showed slightly higher but statistically insignificant Cl concentra-tion as compared with plasma ultrafiltrate. The K concentration of ciliary body fluid stood higher than the plasma ultrafiltrate at a level same as the plasma.

Lower concentration of both Ca and Mg was found in the cilliary body fluid than the plassma ultrafiltrate.
