I.緒言
望遠鏡や顕微鏡等の光学器械を覗く時,正視眼者でも接眼鏡のDiopter (以下D.と略す)目盛が負側に傾くことが多いが,この現象がどの程度の割合で存在し,又,如何なる因子がどの程度に関与しているかを見る目的で,実験を行ない成績を得たので報告する。
A well known phenomenon that one's refrac-tion inclines to be myopia when one views through the optical instruments such as tele-scope and microscope, is called instrument myopia by Schober.
For approaching the phenomenon, the author attempted to estimate the change of the ref-raction both qualitatively and quantitatively by the use of newly devised instrument. Ha-ving been designed specially by Nippon Ko-gaku Co., LTD., the instrument provides asuccessive change from -4.0D. to -4.0D. without changing the very position of the exit pupil.
