眼精疲労及び中心性網脈絡膜炎に対するATP−2Na腸溶錠の使用経験

Use of Enteric ATP Derivatives in Ophthalmology

I．緒言

　FiskeおよびLohmannによるATPの発見以来，その臨床的応用は広範囲にわたり，かつ卓効がみとめられている。すなわち，筋性，神経性疾患，循環器疾患，脳血管障害は勿論のこと，眼科領域においても眼筋麻痺，眼精疲労，視神経網膜疾患および角膜疾患などに応用され，すぐれた効果をあげることが報告されている。しかし従来使用されたATPはすべて注射によるものであつて，その使用にさいして，とくに静脈注射においては，かなり不愉快な副作用を伴うことが多い。しかるに，ATP−2Na錠（以下ATP錠と略す）の完成により，注射による如き副作用の心配はなく，長期連用が容易となつたわけである。

　今回，わたくしらはATP錠を眼精疲労および中心性網膜脈絡膜炎に対して使用する機会を得たのでその成績を報告する。

Enteric ATP tablets were administered to evaluate the possible therapeutic effects for asthenopia and chorioretinitis Centralis

1. 17 patients with asthenopia were given 120mg of above preparation a day for con-secutive 14 days. The therapeutic effect was judged as excellent in one case, as effective in 6, as moderatly effective in 6 and as inef-fective in 4 cases.

2. Out of 5 cases with central serous chorio-retinitis thus treated, the treatment proved effective in 2 cases, moderately effective in 2 and ineffective in one case.

3. No side effects of note were encountered throughout the study.
