特発性網膜離剥眼の眼圧に関する臨床的観察—II．網膜離剥と緑内障

I．緒言

特発性網膜剥離の際には，一般に眼圧は低下するものであるが，眼圧が正常又は稀れに亢進し，緑内障を合併することがあることは教科書にも記載されている。^1）9）

　この網膜剥離と緑内障との関係については，すでに，1916年LeberはGraefe-Saemisch'sHandb．^5）に眼圧上昇は網膜剥離の初期には殆ど認められないが，剥離眼にみられる緑内障は，1）発病及び経過が急性緑内障と同じであるもの2）単性緑内障と同じであるもの。これは非常に稀れで，時には眼圧亢進が非常に緩徐で，年余に亘る経過中，乳頭に緑内障性陥凹を来すことがある。3）続発緑内障で，一般に陳旧な網膜剥離にみられるが，非常に稀れには，剥離発病初期に起ることがあると記載している。

In the past two years and three months, 72 cases of retinal detachment were operated and three cases of glaucomatous acute attack in which ocular tension was hypotonic (11mm Hg or less) or normal in the first examination and hospitalization were reported. The glau-comatous attack occurred one to nine days after hospitalization and during absolute bed rest in these cases.
