糖尿病性網膜症とアルカリフォスファターゼ

On the serum alkali-phosphatase in Diabetics

　個々の例を対照としない限りアルカリフォスファターゼは，統計的な面からは大した結果をえないが2,3について調べてある。

　King and Kind法により測定し正常値は，3〜10にとつてある。N．R．は非網膜症Ret （R）は網膜症をさしている。

Studies are made on the serum alkali-pho-sphatase level in retinopathic and non-retino-pathic diabetes patients.

1. In non-retinopathics, the low activity is found in 10%, high activity in 14% and nor-mal activity in 76%, while in retinopathics, low activity is observed in 11%, high activity in 15%, and normal activity in 74%, with no significant difference between the two grou-ps.

2. In non-retinopathics, the increase of GOT activity and that of alkali-phosphatase have no relationship with each other.
