前房水等眼細胞外液のK＋測定を主眼としたガラス電極の応用

K-sensitive Glass Electrode with Collodion Membrane for Determination of the Aqueous Humor K Ionic Activiy

I．緒言

　さきにNa測定用ガラス電極及びCa測定用ガラス電極を考案し，主として房水等眼細胞外液相の活量測定法を紹介した。併しアルカリ金属陽イオンとして生体にとつて意義深いのはNaと共にKを忘れる事は出来ない。即ち血液眼柵に於てもKの移送は機能的に特殊の意義をもつている。

　又更に一般的に考えれば神経伝導に関する役割として，又横紋筋の興奮に関して，Naと共にKの意義は深く，体液化学からみれば，生体の酸，塩基平衡に関しての重要な調整はNa,Kによつて行なわれるのである。

Glass electrode with collodion membranespecific for K ion was constructed and its applicability to measurements of the aqueous humor K ionic activity was studied.

As material for the glass electrode the au-thor made use of Corning 015 with collodion membrane after Michaelis and Fujita.

The calibration curve for K ionic activity showed an increased sensitivity over Na ionic activity in aqueous humor and known solu-tions. Both electrochemical determination and flamephotometry were in agreement as to the concentration of the K ion.
