姉弟に現われた原発性帯状角膜混濁と膠様滴状角膜変性

Primary band-shaped and gelatinous drop-shaped degeneraiton of cornea on a sister and brother

Ⅰ．緒言

　原発性帯状角膜混濁は稀に見られる疾患であるが，更に同一家系に膠様滴状角膜変性を併発したものは，昭和7年清沢氏^5）の報告以来未だ見当らない。

　先に著者等の中の郭^7）は，一女子に現われた原発性帯状角膜混濁を報告したが，その後須田^16）は，患者の弟の1人に生じた膠様滴状角膜変性を観察する機会を得た。かくの如き例の存在することは，これ等の角膜変性の遺伝的関係，ひいてはその成因に対しても有力な示唆を与えるものと考えられるので，以上の2例を一括して報告しようと思う。

Out of 8 children, born to cousin parents of consanguineous marriage, an elder sister had primary band-shaped corneal opacity, and a younger brother gelatinous drop-shaped corneal degeneration.

Histological examination revealed, in the former, the presence of hyaline of substanc as the principal constituent with slight calci-fication, and also in the latter hyaline subs-tance.
