膠様滴状角膜変性

　視力低下の原因は沢山あるが，角膜の溷濁のために視力を消失するものは甚だ多い。眼科医は常に角膜疾患に遭遇しその治療に従事しているが一度生じた角膜溷濁は容易に透明にならぬ事があるのは遺憾のことである。此点についても眼科医の将来の一つの課題でなくてはなるまい。角膜炎経過後或は角膜の栄養障碍のために後天的に溷濁するものの外，先天性或は遺伝性に一群の角膜溷濁がある。此等のものは現在の所適切な対策がないので患者にとつては極めて不幸のことである。此中膠様滴状角膜変性に就て述べる。

For a 14 years aged girl with gelatineous, drop-like fat degeneration of cornea, 17-oxycorti-costeroid in urin and thyreoideal hormone in serum were examined, but nothing specific could be found.

Besides, thougn thyreoideal hormone or cortisone injection as general therapy and as local, the parotine drpping and parotine subconjunctival injection were done, no improvement in its findings could be taken.
