I.はじめに
最近,持続型活性ビタミンB1剤の大量療法が問題になりつつある。
持続型活性ビタミンB1剤は,従来のビタミンB1剤に比して,次のような特徴を有している。
Massive doses (100~600 mg) of o-Benzoyl-thiamine disulfide (BTDS), "Beston" were administered to 72 cases with various eye diseases during the seven months from June to December, 1963.
The results were as follows.
1) The period of treatment could be dis-tinctly shortened in such diseases that gene-rally follow a chronic course, as central retinitis, chronic axial neuritis, acute retrobu-lbar neuritis, bulbar conjunctivitis, episcleritis and scleritis.
