眼瞼下垂に対する広筋膜弁利用の新法

New utilization of fascia lata for blepharoptosis.

　眼瞼下垂に対する手術は外種多様の方法が報告されているが，これを大別すると，

1）上眼瞼挙筋に対する手術として，ブラスコビック法，イリッフ法，内田法，大野法，エルシュニヒ法，等があり，勿論これ等は上眼瞼挙筋の力を利用して下垂を矯正せんとするものである。

A description is given over the author's fascia grafting technique, with a review over previous reports of blephoroptosis operations.

The author's procedures are as follows :

Six cutaneous cuts are made as shown in fig. 3, subcutaneously undermined as shown with dotted lines. Three pieces of 5mm X 30mm slings of fascia lata are passed through the undermined lid skin. The lower end of the sling is fixed on the lid-margin.

This technique specified from the other ones by the U-suture, passed through from the cojunctival surface to the lid wound mar-gin at the double fold, the sling being fixed with the tarsus.
