圧迫隅角検査新法

A New Method of Indentation Gonioscopy

緒　言

　緑内障の診療に隅角検査が不可欠なことは，いうまでもない。しかし狭隅角眼では，虹彩根部にかくれて，その奥が望めない。この場合，さらに的確な情報を得て，以後の治療方針を決めるには圧迫隅角検査によらねばならない。つまり圧迫法もまた，不可欠な診断法である。

　これまでにもすでに，数種の圧迫隅角鏡が世に出ているが^1,3,4），いずれも長短あつて，十分に意にそわない。そこで，新たに圧迫隅角鏡の設計を試みた。

The conventional procedure of indentation gonioscopy with slit-lamp microscope on the sitting patient has many difficulties and is not an accomplished method. The author made two devices to improve the method.

The first is a new gonioscope which had two 62° mirrors for static gonioscopy and two 67° mirrors for indentation gonioscopy.

The second is the design of observation sys-tem which includes following three conditions : Operating microscope with incomplete coaxial illumination, a diaphragm for spot and slit light, and an increased intensity of the illumi-nating light.
