V-Syndromeの1例とそのベクトルEOG

A case renort of V-Syndrome

　A-V Syndromeについては，Knapp （1959）の報告以来注目される様になり，我国においても既に幾つかの報告を見ている。

　著者等は今回，潜伏性にV-Syndromeを示す1例に遭遇し，新しい眼筋機能検査法であるベクトルEOGをこの症例につき行い，興味ある結果を得たので報告する。

A case of latent V-syndrome accompanied by exophoria was reported. The angles of exophoria were 15° in upward gaze, 11° in front gaze, and 8° in downward gaze. The findings on vector-electro-oculogram consisted of nystagmic movement in the right eye at its medial-upward movement and the abnor-mal shifting at its horizontal movement. Disturbance of right inferior oblique muscle was assumed to be the cause of V-syndrome in this case.
