仮性グレーフェ氏現象の1例とそのベクトルEOG

A case report of Pseudo-Graefe's phenomenon

　陳旧動眼神経麻痺に現れる眼球眼瞼異常共働運動は仮性グレーフェ氏現象（Pseudo-Graefe—sches Symptom）と呼ばれ，我国では島田正治を始めとし数例の報告が見られる。この現象は眼球の水平運動に際し，眼球外転時には上眼瞼が下垂し，内転時に挙上するという奇異なもので，丁度眼球後退症候群（Duane氏症候群）における眼球眼瞼運動と外見上全く逆の現象を示す。

　著者等は今度，この現象を示す1例に遭遇観察する機会を得，又新しい眼筋機能検査法であるベクトルEOGをこの症例につき行い，興味ある結果を得たのでここに報告する。

A rare case of pseudo-Graefe's phenomenon was reported. The patient had inveterate oculomotor palsy in the left eye with the ptotic upper lid elevating spontaneously at each adduction of the globe. A two-dimensio-nal recording of the movements in the affe-cted left eye was made by vector-electro-oculography. The restricted movements, espe-cially up- and downwards, were proved on the records.
