Ⅰ．緒言

　Bielschowsky現象は，分離眼球運動の一であつて，Cordsの命名になる異常である。同じく分離眼球運動として知られる交代上斜位についてはかなりの報告例を見るが，本現象については本邦では河本の記載があるに過ぎない。私共は最近本現象を呈する2例を経験したので追加報告したい。

This is a report on two cases showing Bie-lschowsky's phenomenon. in the first case alternating hyperphoria and Bielschowsky's phenomenon were noted in the amblyopic eye, while in the second case Bielschowsky's phe-nomenon was demonstrated in the amblyopic eye.
