Phacolytic glaucoma．異常な臨床経過と興味ある病理組織所見を示した症例

Phacolytic glaucoma. Report of an unusual case.

I．緒言

　過熟白内障に併発する急性の眼圧上昇は古くから知られ，種々の名（後述）で呼ばれて来たが，その138例についての臨床所見，病理組織所見を調査したFlocks等^1）（1955）は，共通の特徴的症状を指摘して，この種の緑内障をPhacolyticglaucomaと呼んだ。著者は，本質的にはFlocks等のPhacolytic glaucomaに属するが，臨床経過，所見並びに病理組織所見が氏等の示す定型的なものと異り，しかも，2,3の点で教訓的な症例を経験したので述べる。

A case of phacolytic glaucoma was report-ed. O. N., a 53-year-old woman had not ced a gradually progressed loss of vision in the left eye during the past 5 years. Then she suffered from acute glaucoma with a v.ole-nt onset in the same eye. Because the eye was blind and the tension showed 50.6 mmHg, the eye was enucleated.
