　はじめに

　耳管開放症は耳閉感や自声強聴を主訴とする疾患で，急激な体重低下，妊娠，ピルの投与，神経筋疾患などにより誘発されることが報告されている^1）。耳管開放症は鼻深呼吸やToynbee法による鼓膜の内外への動きを特徴とし，音響耳管機能検査などの耳管機能検査で診断できる^2）。今回われわれは，音響耳管機能検査で特徴的な波形を示した耳管開放症例を経験したので，文献的考察を加えて報告する。

We reported a 25-year-old female with patulous eustachian tube syndrome. Her chief complaint was fullness in the left ear. Pure tone audiometry and tympanometry were normal, however, sonotubo-metry showed biphasic wave of the left side. Nasal drip of physiological saline abolished the fullness in the left ear and changed biphasic wave to normal wave of the left side sonotubometry.
