老人に見られる角膜後面色素沈着物の細隙灯観察—大橋教授開講15周年記念論文

Bimicroscopic observation of the eldery corneal pigment deposit.

I．緒言

　角膜後面沈着物は虹彩炎乃至虹彩毛様体炎の重要な一症状であるが，生理的にもみられ若年者にみられる生理的沈着物，近視にみられるクルーケン・ベルグ氏紡錘等が一般成書に記載されている。最近私等は高齢者の角膜後面にしばしば虹彩色素に由来すると思われる褐色の沈着物の存在に気付き細隙灯顕微鏡で観察し興味ある知見を得たので茲に報告したいと思う。

Senile pigmnet deposit of the posterior co-rneal surface was observed by biomicroscopy on 110 eyes without ocular clinical disorders. Cases are divided into 26 eyes aged 10-29, 20 eyes aged 30-49 and 64 eyes aged 50 years over. In the most cases, brownish pigmentdeposits are always noted in the posterior surface of the cornea under the moderate magnification of Goldmann type slit lamp observation. Especially, pigment deposits were found sitting near Ehrlich-Turk line or its neighboring area, showing remarkable increase in the dose more in adult, lesser in young, dominantly highly appearance was noted in senile.
