特異な眼底所見を呈したレツクリングハウゼン氏病（大橋教授開講15周年記念論文）

Recklinghausens, disease with atypical fundus change

I．緒言

　母斑症の一つとされ皮膚の末梢神経部に一致して系統的に多発する腫瘍性のレックリングハウゼン氏病は眼科に於て時々見られる腫瘍の一つである。これは皮膚に粟粒大から成人頭大までの種々の大きさの軟かい円形腫瘍から無数に発生し皮膚は萎縮して色素沈着を来たし精神的変化及び内分泌の異常等を来すもので遺伝的関係が濃厚であると云われている眼科では主として虹彩稀に眼底に小結節状の硬化斑を認めているとの報告はあるが眼底に特異な変化を認められたレックリングハウゼン氏病について殆んど報告されていない。著者は最近全身に明らかなレックリングハウゼン氏病変化を認め眼科的にも著明な変化を認めた患者に遭遇したのでここに報告する。

A boy aged 17 years. Patient family anamnesis was seemed to have no special heredi-tary relation with Recklinghausens disease.

His constitution and condition of nutrition was average.

In his boy, there found many little tumors.

These tumors were diagnosed Recklinghausen's disease of Schwanian type by patholo-gical findings.

Atrophy of right foot, scoliosis of vertebra, hardness of hearing, doubt of brain tumor, epileptic fit and disturbance of mental development were noted. The author has reported one case of Recklinghausen's disease with atypical fundus change.
