Using Professor Mitsui's values the percentage reliability is computed respestively as follows ;13/1000≧p≧1/10000,3/1000≧p≧1/10000,5/1000≧p≧110000,1/100≧p≧1/10000Judging from above, although Prof. Mitsui's values are withen the limit of the foregoing result, it may be well contended that merely because the above reliability covers a wide range his va-lues just happened to enter the scope of the limit.
