瞼疾患のクロロフイール軟膏による治療

Chlorophyll ointment therapy for eyelid disease

　眼瞼疾患の治療については，既に幾多の報告があり，最近に於ても，マグナマイシン^1），ビタミンB₂軟膏^2）4），その他^3）の文献が見られる。而るに，猶治癒し難い難疾もある。私は最近クロゝフイール軟膏（サクロフィール）を併用し，効ありと思はれたので報告する。この軟膏は銅クロゝフイリンNaで，残念乍ら抗菌作用は少いが，この点については，三村氏はクロゝフィールZ_nにすると抗菌作用が強くなるという。軟膏を結膜嚢内に点入すると一時的に強い刺戟があるが，他に副作用を認めない。

Copper-chlorophyll-Na ointment (Sacrophyll) was used in some kind of eye-lid disease effect-ually. Speciall, it was effective in blepharitis ciliaris and was available for the fissure of ble-pharitis angularis. It was used mostly in combination with aureomycin ointment.

Were efficacious for medicin dermatitis and palpebral conjunctivitis. Healing term was 12 days to 15 days and there were no aggravation or side effect.
