　種々の眼疾によつて起る疼痛は視力障碍と共に眼科に於て大きな主訴の一つであり夫々その疾病の種類程度或は個人差等によつてその現われ方は色々である。且つそれによつてその病気の診断治療予後等が考慮されるので一藥剤の鎮痛作用等に就て一概には論じ難い。然し出来る丈速かに患者の苦痛を和らげるために古くから種々の方法が試みられている。

　偶々私共は本年3月7日32歳の男子の左眼に著明な眼窩神経痛（三叉神経第一，第二枝共）を認めイルガピリン5c．c．を臀筋内に注射した処注射後数時間で全く疼痛は去り再発も認めずこれ迄の報告のように相当の効果を認めたのでこの種製剤の使用に興昧を持つていた。

Tee isomolecula solutiin of Aminopropiron and Aminopirin which was composed by Ogiu and Fujimura in 1952 was used for the pain in the ophthalmologic field and its analgesic effect and disinflammatory effect were discussed.

The reported cases were 12 cases of the orbital neuralgia, 2 cases of the acute dacryo-cystitis and each one case of postoperative convergent and divergent strabismus. Intramus-cular injection of 5cc. (Aminopropirin 0.5gr. and Aminopirin 0.375gr.) 1-3 times or 3 tabl. (Aminopropiron 0.3gr. and Aminopirin 0.225gr. ) a day during 2-5 days were administered.
