要約 目的:水晶体欠損と第一次硝子体過形成遺残が併発した朝顔症候群の症例の報告。症例:2歳男児が6か月前から右眼が内方に向くことで白内障が疑われ,紹介受診した。周産期に異常はなく,正常産であった。右眼に水晶体の部分欠損,第一次硝子体過形成遺残,朝顔症候群の所見があった。左眼は正常であり,全身的な異常はなかった。結論:本症例では,第一次硝子体過形成遺残が朝顔症候群と水晶体部分欠損の原因であることが推定された。
Abstract. Purpose:To report a case of morning glory syndrome associated with partial lens coloboma and persistent hyperplastic primary vitreous. Case:A 2-year-old male infant was referred to us for suspected esotropia and cataract. No problem was observed during the perinatal period of the infant. His right eye showed partial lens coloboma, hyperplastic primary vitreous, and morning glory syndrome. No abnormality was present in the left eye or systematically. Conclusion:There is a possibility that persistent hyperplastic primary vitreous may have induced lens coloboma and morning glory syndrome in the present case.
