要約　目的：過去3年間のぶどう膜炎の統計と解析。対象と方法：2006年までの3年間に東京大学医学部附属病院眼科を受診した内因性ぶどう膜炎379例を診療録で検索した。結果：男性189例，女性190例で，初診時の平均年齢は53歳であり，男女ともに60歳代が最も多かった。228例（60.2％）で確定診断が可能であり，サルコイドーシス（9.8％），Vogt-小柳-原田病（7.1％），Behçet病（5.5％）の順に多かった。以前よりもヘルペス性毛様体炎，サイトメガロウイルス網膜炎，糖尿病虹彩炎が増加していた。結論：当科で1981年以降に行われた過去の統計と比べ，サルコイドーシスが増加，Behçet病が減少する傾向にある。

Abstract.　Purpose：To review endogenous uveitis during past 3 years. Cases and Method：This retrospective study was made on 379 patients who were diagnosed with endogenous uveitis during 2004 to 2006 at the University of Tokyo Hospital. Results：There were 189 males and 190 females. The age averaged 53 years. Uveitis was most frequent in the seventh decade in both genders. Definitive diagnosis was made in 228 cases（60.2％）. Sarcoidosis was the most frequent at 9.8％,followed by Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada disease（7.1％）and Behçet disease（5.5％）. When compared with past statistics,the present series showed an increasing trend for herpetic iridocyclitis,cytomegalovirus retinitis,and diabetic iritis. Conclusion：The current review shows an increase of sarcoidosis and decrease of Behçet disease when compared with our former findings since 1981.
