要約 目的:白内障手術用のIOLマスター® Version 5による眼内レンズ度数と超音波Aモードによる結果との比較。対象と方法:過去2か月間に白内障手術を行った132例177眼を対象とした。術前にIOLマスター® Version 5と超音波Aモードで眼軸長を測定し,術後屈折度-予想屈折度を測定誤差とした。結果:IOLマスター®による測定は22眼(12.4%)で不可能であった。屈折誤差が±0.5D以内である症例は,IOLマスター®で66%,超音波Aモードで60%であり,両者間に有意差はなかった。結論:白内障手術の眼内レンズ度数の予測では,IOLマスター® Version 5と超音波Aモードは精度が等しい。
Abstract. Purpose:To evaluate the usefulness of IOL Master® Version 5 in predicting the power of intraocular lens by comparing with A mode ultrasound measurement. Cases and Method:This retrospective study was made on 177 eyes of 132 patients who received cataract surgery by us during a 2-month period. The axial length was measured by IOL Master® and A-mode ultrasound before surgery. Difference of predicted and actual refraction was defined as error. Results:Axial length could not be measured in 22 eyes(12.4%)by IOL Master®. Error of refraction was within ±0.5 diopters in 66% of eyes by IOL Master® and in 60% by ultrasound. The difference was not significant. Conclusion:IOL Master® Version 5 has similar predictive value as A-mode ultrasound regarding the power of intraocular lens in cataract surgery.
