HIV網膜症とCD4陽性Tリンパ球数および血漿中HIV RNA量との関連

CD4-positive T-lymphocyte count and serum HIV RNA level in patients with HIV retinopathy

要約　目的：ヒト免疫不全ウイルス（HIV）網膜症でのCD4陽性Tリンパ球数と血漿中HIV RNA量の報告。対象と方法：HIV網膜症と診断された105例163眼につき，CD4数とHIV RNA量を診療録で検索した。結果：163眼中149眼（91.3％）ではCD4数が200/μl未満であり，これ以上の14眼中13眼ではHIV RNA量が2.1×10⁴コピー/ml以上であった。163眼中144眼（88.3％）ではHIV RNA量が1×10⁴コピー/ml以上であり，これ未満の19眼中16眼ではCD4数が200/μl未満であった。結論：HIV網膜症が発症した眼の多くでは，CD4陽性Tリンパ球が少なく，血漿中HIV RNA量が高い。

Abstract.　Purpose：To report the CD4-positive T-lymphocyte count and serum HIV RNA level in patients with HIV retinopathy. Cases and Method：This retrospective study was made on 163 eyes of 105 patients who were diagnosed with HIV retinopathy. Results：Out of 163 eyes,CD4-positive T-lymphocyte count was less than 200/μl in 149 eyes（91.3％）. In 13 out of 14 eyes that showed higher CD4 count,HIV RNA level was 2.1×10⁴ copies/ml or higher. Out of 163 eyes,144 eyes（88.3％）showed HIV RNA level of 1×10⁴ copies/ml or higher. In 16 out of 19 eyes that showed lower levels,CD4 count was less than 200/μl. Conclusion：In the majority of eyes with HIV retinopathy,CD4-positive T-lymphocyte count is decreased and serum HIV RNA level is elevated.
