既製眼科用部門システムを使用しないカード型電子カルテの開発（その1）

Development of card-type electronic patient record independent of ready-made system for ophthalmology. Report 1.

要約　目的：眼科独自で開発したカード型電子カルテシステムの運用状況と問題点を検討した。方法：標準的な総合電子カルテシステムに，可塑性が高いユーザーインターフェース層を付加した。既製の眼科専用部門カルテシステムは用いなかった。それぞれの端末は21型液晶タブレットと17型液晶画面との2画面1キーボードで構成され，マウスとタッチペンで操作した。結果：初診患者の場合，カルテ記載まで平均18秒を要したが，開示性が高まることで他部門との連携が円滑になった。結論：眼科専用部門システムの代わりとして，既製の総合電子カルテシステムにユーザーインターフェース層を付加することで，診療効果が低下しない使いやすい電子カルテシステムを構築できた。

Abstract.　Purpose：To investigate the current status and problems about the card-type electronic patient record developed by us. Method：Instead of ready-made system for ophthalmology, we added a flexible user interface layer to the electronic patient record system of our hospital. Each terminal consists of two, 21-inch tablet type and 17-inch liquid crystal, monitors with a keyboard to be operated by a mouse or a pen. Results：For a new outpatient, it took an average of 18 seconds to enter data into the system. Cooperation with other sections of the hospital became smoother due to improved disclosure. Conclusion：An electronic patient record system was introduced by adding a flexible user interface layer to the electronic patient record system of our hospital instead of using ready-made system for ophthalmology section. This system was easy to operate without lowering the efficiency of clinical activity.
