Abstract. Purpose:To report a case of cerebral malignant lymphoma who presented recurrent uveitis as masquerade syndrome. Case and Clinical Course:A 63-year-old male presented with headache and vertigo. He showed no pathological findings. He started seeing floaters in both eyes 2 months later and was diagnosed with uveitis. Vitreous opacity disappeared after peroral steroid, to be followed by another episode 19 months later. He received vitreous surgery 39 months after his initial visit. He then developed incontinence and impaired orientation. Cerebral malignant lymphoma was suspected by magnetic resonance imaging. Biopsy led to the diagnosis of B-cell lymphoma. Intracranial tumor and vitreous opacity disappeared following chemotherapy and radiation. Conclusion:Ocular manifestations in the present case are intepreted as masquerade syndrome secondary to cerebral malignant lymphoma.
