　ぶどう膜炎に続発した緑内障24例30眼に手術を行った。原因疾患は，ベーチェット病6眼，サルコイドーシス4眼，原田病4眼，原因不明16眼である。術式は，すべてマイトマイシンC併用線維柱帯切除術である。目標眼圧を21mmHg以下とし，生命表を用いて検討した結果，生存率は術後24か月で81.6％であり，15mmHg以下としたときは34.7％であった。ぶどう膜炎の病型，同時に行った白内障手術の有無，副腎皮質ステロイド薬の有無は手術の成績に無関係であった。以上，マイトマイシンCを併用しても，線維柱帯切除術後の眼圧調整率は時間とともに低下し，15mmHg以下に維持できる確率は低かった。

　We reviewed the outcome of surgery for uveitic glaucoma in 30 eyes of 24 patients. The causative lesion comprised Behçet disease 6 eyes,sarcoidosis 4 eyes,Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada disease 4 eyes,and unclassified 16 eyes. All the eyes received trabeculectomy with adjunct use of mitomycin C. When success was defined as control of intraocular pressure（IOP）below 21mmHg 24months after surgery,the survival rate was 81.6％. It was 34.7％when success was defined as IOP below 15mmHg. The surgical outcome was independent of the type of uveitis,simultaneous cataract surgery or not,nor postoperative use of corticosteroid. The findings show that the effect of trabeculectomy with mitomycin C declines with lapse of time and that it is not very effective in maintaining IOP below 15mmHg.
