中心窩下脈絡膜新生血管に対するlimited macular translocationの手術成績

Outcome of limited macular translocation for subfoveal choroidal neovascularization

中心窩下血管新生10例10眼にlimited macular translocationを行い，成績を評価した。男性7例，女性3例で，年齢は50～78（平均67）歳であった。6か月前に視力が良好であり，手術時に0.4以下になっていることを条件とした。9眼が加齢黄斑変性，1例が網膜色素線条であった。最終視力は改善6眼，不変1眼，悪化3眼であった。合併症として術中に網膜剝離が2眼に生じ，術後に硝子体出血が2眼に生じたが，重篤な結果には至らなかった。

We performed limited macular translocation for subfoveal choroidal neovascularization in 10 eyes of 10 patients. The series comprised 7 males and 3 females. Their ages ranged from 50 to 78 years,average 67 years. As inclusion criteria in the study,the visual acuity was 1.0 or over 6 months before and 0.4 or less at the time of surgery. Nine cases had age-related macular degeneration and one had angioid streaks. After surgery,visual acuity improved in 6 eyes,remained unchanged in 1,and deteriorated in 3. Intraoperative retinal detachment developed in 2 eyes. Postoperative vitreous hemorrhage developed in 2 eyes. These complications did not seriously affect the final outcome.
