過去6年6か月間に経験した眼窩腫瘍65症例中24例が眼窩リンパ増殖疾患であった。粘膜関連リンパ組織型辺縁帯B細胞リンパ腫（MALTリンパ腫）15例（63％），リンパ組織過形成5例（20％），びまん性大細胞型B細胞リンパ腫4例（17％）である。びまん性大細胞型B細胞リンパ腫はすべて放射線照射と化学療法で寛解した。腫瘍を全摘出した眼窩MALTリンパ腫5例中1例と粘膜MALTリンパ腫4例中2例では局所再発し，放射線照射または抗CD20抗体療法で寛解した。眼窩MALTリンパ腫では全摘出術が治療の選択肢であるが，粘膜発症例では再発率が高い可能性がある。

We observed 65 cases of orbital tumor during the past 6 years 6 months. There were 24 cases of lymphoproliferative diseases in the series. They comprised marginal zone B cell lymphoma of mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue（MALT lymphoma）15 cases（64％）,lymphoid hyperplasia 5 cases（20％）,and diffuse large B cell lymphoma 4 cases（17％）. All the cases of diffuse large B cell lymphoma resulted in remission after resection,irradiation and chemotherapy. The tumor recurred locally in one out of 5 resected cases of MALT lymphoma and in 2 out of 4 resected cases of conjunctival MALT lymphoma. All the 3 cases resulted in remission following radiation or anti-CD20 therapy. Total excision of the tumor may be a first choice in the management of orbital MALT lymphoma. Local recurrence is a liability when it originates from the conjunctiva.
