性周期における恥骨結合離開

STUDIES ON THE RELAXATION OF SYMPHYSIS PUBIS OF MICE DURING THE SEXUAL CYCLES

　妊娠時に於ける母体の変化のひとつとして，骨盤の関節は骨盤諸靱帯が弛緩することにより運動性を増し，分娩に有利な状態を準備することが知られている。Goldthwait　＆　Osgood^8）（1905）は婦人の骨盤弛緩が妊娠中のみならず，月経中にも軽度に生じた例を始めて報告した。Martius etal．^19）（1952）は月経前に恥骨結合及び仙腸関節の運動性が増加すると述べ，Chamberlein^2）（1930）は腰痛を訴える非妊婦にX線撮影により骨盤の弛緩を認め，恥骨結合弛緩は疼痛と共に発生し，疼痛が最も強くなるのは月経直前であると報告した。この様な骨盤変化の原因はホルモン作用に基づくと考えられ，3種類の卵巣ホルモン即ちEstro-gen, Progesterone及びRelaxinが挙げられて来た。Büscher　＆　Kamieth^1）（1956）は主として前立腺肥大患者20例にStilbestrolを投与し，その8例に恥骨結合の運動性を認めた。Eichner etal．^3）（1956）はRelaxinを78人の婦人に投与し，その9人に離開を見出した。

　哺乳動物の多くの種類に於いて妊娠時の骨盤変化が観察されて居り，殊にモルモツトとマウスに就いては注意深い研究が行われて来た。

The relaxation of symphysis pubis of mice was determined by X-ray in relation to the sexualcycles. The method for determining the separation of the pubic bones was the same as in the pre-vious report (Fujii, Tanaka & Taguchi, 1959).

(1) In 27 female mature mice the four periods of the cycles were determined by means of smearmethod. The separation was 0.19mm in diestrus, 0.24mm in proestrus, 0.29mm in estrus and 0.21mm in metestrus in average. The differences between the values of estrus and each of the otherperiods of the sexual cycle were statistically significant.
