We evaluated the component position and coronal alignment after total knee arthroplasty performed by 3 different surgeons. The 3 groups did not significantly differ with respect to component position and coronal alignment. The position of the tibial component was especially accurate. The mechanical axis of the limb passed the middle one-third of the knee in 84~88% of the cases. In this study, the results of component position and coronal alignment were good and not significantly different among the 3 surgeons. In this study, the surgical techniques and results of the surgeons from the same institute were not remarkably different.
