　前腕および下腿に発生し，診断に難渋したグロムス腫瘍2例を経験したので報告する．症例1は41歳の男性で，4年前から右前腕に自発痛を自覚し，前医を受診したが確定診断には至らなかった．当科を受診し軟部腫瘍の診断で腫瘍切除術を施行した．症例2は37歳の男性で，約6カ月前から下腿に痛みを伴う小腫瘤を自覚したため，当科を受診した．軟部腫瘍の診断で腫瘍切除術を施行した．両症例の病理診断はグロムス腫瘍であった．術後症状は消失し良好な経過が得られている．爪下以外に発生したグロムス腫瘍は術前診断が困難であり，しばしば治療が遅れることがある．自発痛・圧痛を伴う小腫瘤の鑑別診断としてグロムス腫瘍を考慮することが重要である．

　Extra-digital glomus tumor has rarely been reported in the literature.　We report two cases of extra-digital glomus tumor.　One patient was 41-year-old man who had 4 years history of right forearm pain.　The other was 37-year-old man with painful palpable mass in his left lower leg.　Both patients were successfully treated with resection of tumors.　The final pathological diagnoses were glomus tumors. Diagnosis of Extra-digital glomus tumor is often delayed due to its unusual location.　We concluded that glomus tumor should be included in the differential diagnosis of any painful soft tissue tumor.
