要旨
腹腔鏡下スリーブ状胃切除術（LSG）は，大彎側胃を切除することにより摂食量を制限し体重を減量させる術式であるが，胃管を細長くするほど屈曲や狭窄による術後の胃食道逆流症（GERD）が問題となる．術後GERDを発生させず，かつ良好な体重減量効果を維持するためにCross-Cut Sleeve Gastrectomy（CCSG）を考案した．2021年6月〜2022年12月の間に19例のCCSGを施行し，%Excess Weight Loss（%EWL）：中央値87.20%（Q1 77.68%〜Q3 108.15%），%Total Weight Loss（%TWL）：中央値33.30%（Q1 29.25%〜Q3 39.75%）と良好な体重減量効果が得られ，かつGERD症状の発生例は認めなかった．
