患者；24歳，男．
家族歴，既往歴：特記すべきことはない．
現病歴：15歳頃から心窩部の不快感，軽い疼痛，嘔気，嘈囃などがあり，その間医治を受けていたが，症状は一進一退して，なかなか軽快しないので，昭和27年3月8日当科に入院した．
