　その頻度が出生1,000に対し0.02と稀な疾患であるネマリンミオパチーの2症例を経験した。症例1は44歳女性で，神経学的に胸鎖乳突筋の軽度萎縮と脱力，蹲距の姿勢からの立ち上がりにごくわずかに不自由を認めた。筋CTでは胸鎖乳突筋，下腿屈筋群に軽度の萎縮を認めたが，約2年の経過では著しい進行を認めなかった。症例2は56歳女性であり，神経学的に両側感音性難聴，頸筋，下肢に強い筋萎縮と脱力，深部腱反射減弱，動揺性歩行，鶏状歩行を認めた。筋CTではびまん性に筋萎縮を認めたが，ことに傍脊柱筋と両下肢で著しかった。いずれも，筋生検を行いネマリン小体を確認したが，臨床症状と筋萎縮の分布には差異が著しく，成人例の長期経過を追った報告例も少ないこともあり，障害筋の疾患特異性も含め今後の経過観察と症例の蓄積が必要と考えられた。

We report herein two cases of nemaline myopathy which showed peculiar muscle involvement and clini-cal symptoms.

Case 1: A 44-year-old woman had developed grad-ual woresening of muscle weakness. Neurologically, only flexion of her neck was found to be weak. Her muscular CT revealed mild atrophy of four extremities and the sternocleidomastoid muscles. Histological ex-aminations with Gomori-trichrome staining revealed tiny structures whose form was compatible with nema-line rods.
