胎児期一側性水頭症2症例の検討

NON-ACTIVE, NON-OBSTRUCTIVE, CONGENITAL UNILATERAL HYDROCEPHALUS:REPORT OF TWO CASES

I．はじめに

　乳児期におけるMonro孔閉塞に伴うunilateralhydrocephaiusでは一側脳室の拡大と同側頭蓋側頭頭頂部の膨隆を伴う^1）。

　われわれは乳児でMonro孔閉塞を伴わないにもかかわらず，著明な一側性脳室拡大と同側頭蓋側頭頭頂部の膨隆を認めた2症例を経験した。2症例とも先天性と考えられ，共通した臨床所見を持ち，脳血管撮影上，類似の異常血管走けを示した。

Dilatation of the lateral ventricle may occur asa result of unilateral hydrocephalus with obstructionof the foramen of Monro.

Two cases with congenital dilatation of unilateralventricle are presented, in which no obstruction ofthe foramen of Monro was demonstrated.

The patients had infantile spasm, asymmetry ofthe skull and face, and contralateral hemiparesis.

Angiography showed embryonal type of themiddle cerebral artery.

These findings suggest probable presence of activeunilateral hydrocephalus in the fetal period.
