Recently, accurate diagnosis of spinal cord lesion have become possible to a great extent with the development of selective methods of spinal angio-graphy. Our experiences of 41 cases of selective spinal angiography were summarized with a special note to our technique of selective catheterization. Radiological anatomy of the spinal cord blood supplywas mentioned. Some discussion was made on the indication of selective spinal angiography. The importance of this method was emphasized concern-ing to a differential diagnosis between demyelinat-ing disease or myelitis and spinal angioma. 2 cases of dorsal spinal A-V malformation and a case of sacral hemangioblastoma were presented.
