上眼静脈，海綿静脈洞造影法—特に大腿静脈カテーテルによる新しい造影法について

SUPERIOR OPHTHALMIC AND CAVERNOUS SINUS VENOGRAPHY: SPECIAL EMPHASIS ON TRANSFEMORAL CATHETER TECHNIQUE

はじめに

　上眼静脈，海綿静脈洞造影法は眼窩内，眼窩周囲，トルコ鞍内，およびトルコ鞍周囲の腫瘍，血管性病変に対して有益な検査法であることが実証されているが^{7）12）14）15）16）17）19）}，その実施手技は困難で，腋脈像の読影も困難な場合があり，しばしば敬遠されがちである。われわれは，1968年以来，本法を上記のような疾患の患者45名に57回実施し，臨床的に有用な診断情報を得ているので読影法，実施手技を中心に報告する。特に，われわれが新しく開発した頸部，浅側頭静脈，眼窩上静脈，眼角静脈の圧迫法，大腿静脈カテーテルによる下錐体静脈の選択的造影剤注入法によれば，本法の成功率を向上させることが可能であることを強調する。

Superior ophthalmic and cavernous sinus veno-graphy has been performed on 45 patients with abnormalities in the orbital and sellar regions. The techniques utilized are frontal vein approach and newly developed selective injection into the inferior petrosal sinus via the femoral catheter. Normal roentgen anatomy, interpretation of various lesions and advantages of this technique have been dis-cussed in detail. It has been emphasized that the venography can be performed with ease and safety and valuable information can be obtained for man-agement of these patients.
