原発性多発性脳腫瘍

RRIMARY MULTIPLE BRAIN TUMORS

I．はじめに

　性質の異なる腫瘍が2つ，あるいはそれ以上，同一頭蓋腔内に発生するということはかなり珍らしい現象のようである。von Recklinghausen病など，奇形的色彩の濃厚ないわゆるphacomatosisを一応除外すると，性質の異なる源発性多発性脳腫瘍の症例で文献上みいだし得るものは第1表に示す60例である。第1表の長島らの例^39）はわれわれの教室における第1例である。最近教室ではさらに2例を経験したので本文に報告したいとおもう。

1) Two cases of primary multiple brain tumors are reported. One of the cases is a 24 years old female with an acoustic neurinoma and a frontal convexity meningioma, and the other is also a female of 66 years of age with a chromophobe pituitary adenoma and a sphenoidal ridge meningioma. Be-sides these two cases, Nagashima et al in our De-partment of Neurosurgery Tokyo University Hospital had reported another case of 42 years old male with an astrocytoma in the frontal lobe and an olfactory groove meningioma in 1961.

2) From literatures 60 cases of primary multiple intracranial tumors were reviewed excluding those with intracranial metastatic or phacomatous tumors and multicentric gliomas. Out of these 60 cases, 29 cases were with glioma and meningioma and 12 cases with meningioma and neurinoma. In this article, the frequency of the incidence of various primary multiple brain tumors was discussed.

3) The preoperative diagnosis of multiple brain tumors are difficult.

4) The postoperative course of most of the cases removing only one tumor and leaving the other behind is eventful and stormy.
