  • Abstract
  • Look Inside

1) This is a case of 30 year-old woman with three episodes of cerebral hemorrhage. On two occasions, craniotomy was success-fully removed.

This patient was able to lead a normal life after each operation. The third and the last episode occurred one month following the se-cond. She finally expired. The autopsy reveal-ed a metastatic lesion from malignant cho-rioepithelioma, occupying the almost entire left hemisphere.

2) Incidence of cerebral hemorrhage cau-sed by metastatic lesions from malignant tumors and its operative results have been studied. Discussions have been made on surgical managements of cerebral hemorrha-ge which are currently in problem in this country.
