旋回発作の1例

A CASE OF ADVERSIVE SEIZURE

　1）右頭頂葉部で側脳室と交通する巨大な嚢腫形成を示す患者に，頭頂葉性神経症状とともに典型的な旋回発作をみた。

　2）旋回発作につき文献的考察を行ない「旋回発作」は大脳局在論的にも大脳の種々の部分の障害により生ずるものであり，ときには本例のごとく「てんかん発作」の代理症として，ときには強制運動などの形で現われ得ることを述べた。

This is a case of "Adversive Seizure" with cystic malformation communicated into vent-riculus lateralis and located in the right parie-tal lobe. Usually, the seizure accompanies parietal symptoms and occasionally goes into typical epileptic attacks.

The pharmacological activation is attemp-ted to elucidate the process of seizure. Be-mergride activation provokes only simple grand mal attack and using combined activa-tion of LSD₂₅, typical adversive seizure is observed.

Similar cases and the comparison with the present case is discussed.
