脳外科領域に於ける疼痛閾値の研究〔第II報〕—〔2〕クロルプロマジンの強化作用に就て

A Study, on the Threshold in Sensation of Pain〔2〕

緒言

　既に私^1）は，クロルブロマジンの鎮痛作用について疼痛閾値の面から考究し，ハーデイ氏輻射線疼痛計による閾値には，むしろ下降する傾向が認められ，深部痛覚閾値は著変がなく，しかも鎮痛作用のあることを述べた。諸家^2）3）によれば，クロルプロマジンは実験的にも^2）3）臨床的にも^4）5），他の薬剤と併用することによつて，その効果を増強し作用時間を延長させることが確証されていて，鎮痛に対しても主にこの利点が応用されているのである。術後の鎮痛，特に悪性疾患の患者で，麻薬そのものによつても満足すべき効果の得られない場合等はこの代表例である。

　クロルプロマジンと他薬剤との併用による鎮痛作用は，如何なる機転のものか。鎮痛作用の重要なる示標である疼痛闘値はどの様に変動するか。私はこの問題に対して，合成麻薬オペリジンを選んで，クロルプロマジンの強化作用を考究した。

To discuss the potenciated action of Chlor-promazine on analgetica from a view-point of the pain threshold-raising effect, operidine (dorosal) was selected as analgeticum and radiant heat dolorimeter and coild spring esthesiometer were used to measure the pain threshold and its alternation which was achieved by thh intramuscular injection of chlorpromazine and subcutaneous injection of operidine (dorosal) was investigated for two hours.

From the results of experiments subjects were sure pacified fairly well but the pain threshold-rising effect was rather weak; so that the true form of the potenciated action of chlorpromazine was considered as another modes.
