急性腦症状を主徴とした原發性肺臟癌の1例について

On a Case of Bronchogenic Carcinoma with Acute Cerebral Manifestation

　原發性肺臟癌が肺症状を示す前に，時として早期に腦轉移を起し，著しい腦症状を呈することは知られている^1）2）。また肺結核と肺臟癌との因果關係に就いても，議論の存する所であるが^3）4），余等は最近，肺臟癌の腦膜轉移か，結核性腦膜炎か，或は兩者の合併したものかと診斷に苦しんだ例を經驗したので，之を報告する。
