抄録

　最近わが国でも子どもの抑うつが注目され，子どもを対象にした抑うつに関する調査も行われている。しかしながら，子どもを対象にした調査を行う場合は，項目数を減らすなど，回答者に対する負担をできる限り少なくする配慮が必要である。そこで本研究では，小学校3年生から中学校2年生までの4,683名を対象に回答データを得て，子ども用の抑うつ尺度であるDSRS-Cの短縮版を作成し，その性能について検討した。まず，IRT分析をもとに，短縮版の項目として9項目を選択した。次に，短縮版の信頼性および因子的妥当性，構成概念妥当性について検討した。その結果，実用水準で十分な信頼性・妥当性を持つことが示され，本研究において作成された短縮版は，必要に応じてオリジナル版に替えて利用できることが示された。

　The purpose of this study was to develop a short-form Birleson Depression Self-Rating Scale for Children (DSRS-C) based on the item response theory (IRT), and to examine the validity and reliability of the shortened version. A total of 4,683 (2,414 boys and 2,269 girls, third to eighth grades) participated in the questionnaire survey. Generalized Partial Credit Model was applied as the IRT model, and 9 items were selected considering the slope and location of parameters for each item. The short-form DSRS-C was found to have sufficient reliability and validity despite the reduced number of items.
