洞機能不全症候群を合併した下大静脈欠損，奇静脈接合，右胸心，内臓非定位，多脾症候群の1例

A Case of Anomalous Inferior Vena Cava, Azygos Continuation, Dextrocardia, Centrally Placed Liver and Polysplenia Associated with Sick Sinus Syndrome

　37歳，女性で右胸心，内臓非定位，下大静脈欠損，奇静脈接合，多脾症候群の先天異常に洞機能不全症候群を合併した稀な1例を報告する．右胸心，特に内臓非定位や内臓錯位例では，電気生理学的検査を含めた侵襲的な検査や手術などの治療前に，超音波検査・CTなどの非侵襲的検査法を用いて，心・大動脈系に加え大静脈系の異常の有無も十分に検討することが必要と考えられた．

A 37-year-old woman is reported to have anomalous inferior vena cava with azygos continuation, dextrocar-dia, centrally placed liver and poly-spleen associated with sick sinus syndrome. Computed tomography and contrast-enhanced echocardiography, which are noninvasive methods, were useful along with angiogra-phy to detect anomalies of the venous system associated with dextrocardia.
