　一酸化窒素（NO）が重要な血管内皮由来拡張因子（EDRF）であることが明らかになって以来，吸入NOの選択的肺血管拡張作用が注目されている．そこで低酸素性肺血管収縮（HPV）に対する吸入NOの用量・反応関係を6羽の家兎肺灌流標本を用いて調べ，さらに内因性EDRF／NOの関与を検討した．定流量肺灌流標本のHPVは換気ガスをNormoxic　gasからHypoxic gasへ切り換えることにより惹起し，灌流圧の上昇をHPVの指標とした．HPVは10,20,30 ppmのNO吸入により用量依存性に抑制され，50％抑制を示すED₅₀は14.3±1.3ppmであった．NO synthase合成阻害剤L-NAME前処置を行ってもNOのHPV抑制の用量・反応関係には変化がみられなかった（ED₅₀＝15.0±1.2 ppm）．以上の結果は低濃度の吸入NOは用量依存性にHPVを抑制し，この作用は内因性EDRF／NOの抑制によっても影響を受けないことを示唆している．

Selective pulmonary vasodilative effects of inhaled nitric oxide (NO) were recently observed since NO had been reported to be an important endothelium-derived relaxing factor. We examined dose-response relation-ship of inhaled NO and hypoxic pulmonary vasocon-striction (HPV) inhibition using the six perfused rabbit lungs in vitro and discussed the involvement of intrinsic EDRF/NO to this HPV inhibition with inhaled NO. The HPV was induced by switching the ventilation gas from normoxic to hypoxic and was evaluated with the change of pulmonary artery pressure in the constant flow perfusion model.
